Understanding the Work

Our work together is an active process. It is a collaboration between your nervous system, your psyche, the medicine, and the guide who holds the space. Here is how it unfolds.

Steps of a health journey diagram with autumn maple leaves on top. Step 1: Consultation - a 20-minute virtual conversation. Step 2: Medical Clearance - virtual evaluation to confirm eligibility and receive a prescription. Step 3: Intake & Intention - in-person or virtual meeting to clarify goals and build a plan. Step 4: Dosing Session - two hours with a woven journey through healing traditions. Step 5: Integration - 50-minute sessions to reflect and notice changes. Step 6: Return - ongoing support and building on progress.

The Arc

A Closer Look at Each Step

There is no right way to do this work. The only requirement is honesty about what aligns with your soul and goals.

Choose Your Depth

Options include:

  • Fully Clinical- You want evidence-based therapy in a warm, thoughtful space. You are curious about ketamine's therapeutic potential and open to the process, and that is enough. We work with IFS, EMDR, and trauma-focused approaches. The space is beautiful, but the work is grounded. Nothing woo required.

  • Blended- You are drawn to both the clinical rigor and the sacred dimension. You want the science and the soul retrieval. You are open to oracle cards and EMDR in the same session, and you trust that they are not as different as they seem.

  • Fully Immersive- You are ready to go all the way in, relying more heavily on shamanic practices, deep energy work, soul retrieval, and the full mystical container alongside the clinical framework. You know this territory, or you are ready to enter it, so we move through the healing process with the medicine and the sacred arts held together.

Beyond the Medicine

The session container is yours to shape. These are some of the tools available to deepen, ground, or illuminate the work. All of these tools are used at your invitation, never as a requirement.

Sound Work
Tibetan singing bowl and drumming can be woven into sessions to ground, clear, or move through something that needs more than words. We can weave sounds in during preparation, during the journey, or during integration, wherever the work calls for it.

Guided Inner Journey
A facilitated visualization to meet a spirit guide, power animal, or lost part of self. Drawn from shamanic tradition and adapted for the therapeutic container, these meditations are a way to settle into the deeper layers of the psyche, where image, symbol, and intuition speak more clearly than words.

Crystal & Earth Medicine
Stones and earth materials carry their own quiet intelligence. Chosen intuitively for each session, they offer grounding, amplification, or simply something solid to hold when the journey gets spacious.

Energy & Parts Drawing
A somatic and intuitive practice of mapping what lives in the body and the inner world, noticing the emotions, memories, sensations, and the parts of self that shape our patterns. Rooted in IFS, they give visual form to what words alone can't reach. No art experience needed. The image that emerges often knows things the mind doesn't yet.

Oracle & Tarot
Used here not as fortune-telling but as a mirror that opens a conversation with the deeper self. Cards are drawn as a threshold ritual before a session or as a reflection tool during integration.

Not sure which of these calls to you? We can figure that out together. The session shapes itself around what you need.
